The Smeg Repairs app lets you securely check the status of your appliance repair and message our service team.

What information we use

  • Your repair reference number
  • Your postcode (to verify access)
  • Your email address (to send secure access codes and updates)
  • Repair status information and messages

You don’t need to create an account or password.

How we use your information

  • Confirm it’s really you accessing your repair
  • Show you the correct repair information
  • Allow secure messaging with our service team

We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell your data.

How your data is kept safe

  • Encrypted connections and encrypted storage
  • One-time, time-limited access codes
  • You can only see information relating to your own repair

The service runs on Google Firebase, using Google’s secure cloud infrastructure.

Cookies

We only use essential cookies to keep the service secure. We do not use tracking, advertising, or marketing cookies.

You can ask what data we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion where appropriate by contacting our service team.
